A real Parisian attached to his roots, Michel Bonnemort
succumbs however in 1967 to the American Dream, but without
ever going astray! During twenty-five years, from New-York
where he settled down, he makes french food
radiate by communicating for the account of Sopexa on the
great wines, local French cheeses, foie gras, truffles,
etc.
Going on fifty, he returns to France, firmly decided on
opening a restaurant that serves french
food.
In 1993 he finds near the Place de Clichy the site for
his future restaurant of french food :
The Bouclard.
